Overview

The project sits on the Rusafa side of Baghdad directly opposite the Air Force Sports Club. Its main façade faces Port Said Street and it is bounded by two side streets in the Al-Muhandiseen district.

The design concept is a distinctive building in harmony with its neighbours on the main street: the mass takes the form of a bird, stepping up from base to crown to express the idea throughout the building.

Floors

  • Basement: retail units and service spaces
  • Ground: main entrance and three secondary entrances, shops, gathering and seating areas
