Mary Mall: a bird-shaped commercial centre on Port Said Street
Mary Mall is announced in Rusafa: eight floors with a hypermarket, cinemas, wedding halls and offices.
An eight-storey commercial centre in Rusafa on Port Said Street, with a bird-inspired form, hypermarket, cinemas, wedding halls, offices and two glass skylights.
The project sits on the Rusafa side of Baghdad directly opposite the Air Force Sports Club. Its main façade faces Port Said Street and it is bounded by two side streets in the Al-Muhandiseen district.
The design concept is a distinctive building in harmony with its neighbours on the main street: the mass takes the form of a bird, stepping up from base to crown to express the idea throughout the building.
The mall has two panoramic lifts, two standard lifts and a service lift, two escalators and two inclined travelators, and two glass skylights: one in the main atrium rising five storeys, the other over the restaurant floor at the main entrance.
Our team is ready to answer your questions about units, pricing and delivery.
